The smart lock offers a 5-in-1 access method: APP, Fobs, password, key, and thumb turn. With APP control, you can set different types of passwords for family, guests, or others, and simply swipe your IC card to unlock your front door. It is also compatible with Apple Watch, allowing access within Bluetooth range.

The lock can auto-lock (5-900s) and be locked with a one-touch lock via the touch screen keyboard. Remotely generate one-time, timed, permanent, and recurring passwords for temporary visitors, tenants, or regular guests. Erase all passcodes (except the admin password) with a single code.

Veise provides a free lifetime web portal and APP to manage your smart locks and users. You can view the lock's daily local activity history, check the battery level, and enable silent or passage mode.

After connecting to the Veise G2 Gateway (sold separately), the smart lock offers remote access, real-time status monitoring, voice control with Alexa and Google Assistant, and other advanced features. The gateway allows you to remotely control the lock, receive real-time notifications, and manage access rights.

Veise smart door locks fit most US standard left-handed and right-handed doors and are easy to install with just a screwdriver. Veise offers at least 1-year warranty and lifetime online phone support from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM PDT, as well as 24/7 after-sales email service.
